If everything seems under control, you are not going fast enough
111 days. This is exactly the number of days it has been since we received our Enova approval.
That approval marked the starting point for building our hydrogen production facility, capable of producing 85 000kg annually. Since then, most of our time has gone into getting the setup in place, piece by piece, and making sure it works as intended. From approval to finished setup, it took us 15 weeks.
This doesn't sound all that impressive when written in a sentence. In practice, however, it meant long days, late nights, adjustments, testing, retesting, and dealing with the usual small problems that appear when you are building something new.
At one point we decided to buy a sofa bed for the office – which was not an interior design decision. Let's just say it has served us well during this period.
With the installation done, we can finally move from building to operating. The facility is running as intended, and the next step is to settle into daily operations, make the necessary adjustments, and improve as we go.
